Nirmal Institute of Paramedical and Skill Development Training Centre, is a Private Institute of Paramedical Course affiliated by Maharashtra State Board of Skill Development Education& TISS, Mumbai. Located at Shiv Nagar, Manoharbhai Ward, Gondia. 

Formally this Institute was run by swami Vivekananda Bahu Uddeshiya Shikshan Sanstha on dated 12th Jan 2012. Established on the occasion of 125th Jayanti of Swami Vivekananda Swami. His life is a source of guidance and sacred heritage of us.

Salient Features of the Program :-

• A student will join the B.Voc degree of 3 years, equivalent to any other Bachelor degree.
• Theory classes will be conducted once a week.
• Student will undergo on the job training (five days a week) with a skill knowledge provider (SKP) as a "trainee". (No employer-employee relationship as per the NEEM Notification).
• The minimum duration of training per year would be 1260 hours, out of which 720 is practical & 540 is theory.
• Such enrolled student shall be known as NEEM 'trainee' under the scheme and called as a NEEM 'agent'.
• The course is based on 'Earn while you Learn' model.
• Each year is a stand alone certificate so the student can leave the course after completion of each year.
• Student will get University ID cards.
• Industry (SKP) shall pay the trainee a stipend which is not less than the minimum wages for unskilled labour. stipend shall be paid as a symbol consolidated amount and such payment will not attract any statutory deduction or payments applicable to regular employees.
• A trainee under NEEM shall be regulated as per the norms of company / industry where the trainees are placed for training. A trainee under NEEM shall be compensated as per the Workman Compensation Act,1923.
• As per NEEM Guidelines, the trainee can be engaged in the on the job training for a duration of 3 months to 24 months. Therefore, a B.Voc student can complete first 2 years of the course as a NEEM Trainee. For the 3rd year, one may have to place the student with another SKP or in the same company as non-NEEM Trainee.
